The company provides machining automotive transmission parts and thermal spraying on metal surface for the transmissions of heavy-duty vehicles, medium-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles and sedan cars. Currently, more than 56 kinds of machining parts are available, such as fork shafts of transmission forks, planetary gear shafts of differentials, flanged shafts, shifting forks of transmissions, etc.; and more than 24 sprayed-molybdenum parts. Metal surface spraying adopts Metco’s technologies and equipment, and the main products are used for the molybdenum spray on the cone surface of junction points of synchronizers, and on the surface of claws of transmission forks.

The company has 180 machining equipment and sprayed-molybdenum processing equipment, including the world’s top DMG CNC lathe, vertical machining center, imported involute spline gear rolling machines, CNC cylindrical grinding machines, high-precision centerless grinding machines, CNC high frequency equipment, etc., to meet the needs for various machining and coating products.
